2023 NATIONAL TEAM PRACTICES
Athletes must have a current USAW membership to participate. Please bring a hard copy or electronic copy to check in.
Location: Life University Upper Gym (NOT the wrestling room)

Dates: All practices are on Sunday from 3-5 PM

National team practices are for any wrestler interested and serious about being on one of our national teams (dual or individual). Attending these practices will help coaches to get to know the wrestlers and provides an opportunity for our best wrestlers to train together.
These practices are not required, but highly encouraged.
These practices are for 14U, 16U and Junior age groups and select youth wrestlers attending Kids Nationals only.
Please no beginner wrestlers.
